Nearly 35 years after the opening of our company, we have redesigned the approach that we have of our activities. In order to serve you better, to put forward a broader offer and move towards an even more personalised relationship with you and our clients in general, we have decided to divide between our professional ingredients and industrial equipment trading operations.

Therefore, as from the 1st of July 2017, our ingredients and equipment divisions are transformed into two separate companies each with their own identity. The trade of professional bakery ingredients remains under J.Rae & Cie (La Dorade) whereas the trade of industrial equipment falls under the second and new company, Fornax Co. Ltd,

What’s changing and what’s not?

In short, apart from the administrative formalities and our visual communication, nothing changes.

  • Same headquarters, same management, and same team. All our operations stay under one roof. The members of the staff as well as your contact persons within the company remain the same.

  • The billing system, administrative documents, paperwork and email addresses related to the equipment trade shifts to Fornax Co. Ltd as from the 1st July 2017.

Our administrative aspects related to equipment will be moved to Fornax

  • The website www.fornax.mu will be launched in the first week of August. All our lines of products of the equipment division will be represented on the latter and will disappear of the current web site www.jraedorade.com; where the ingredients will remain.
